I note that when Alex Jones says "60 trillion in surplus", that is incorrect. A complete audit of that 60 trillion dollars of liquid INTERNATIONAL investment assets and nontax income held by all US local and federal government agencies would determine what percentage of these funds were surplus funds or not. My estimated of what could be classified as true surplus from that 60 trillion dollar amount would be 18 to 25 trillion.
