CAFR1 Documentary Update [TIME SENSITIVE]
11/26/09
Last week CAFR1 traveled to Salt Lake City, Utah where the crew that would do the documentary was located and the project began. Approximately 70% of the documentary was filmed. The soundman on the project has over 65 major feature production projects under his belt and the video graphics person has well over 100 feature film productions under his belt. CAFR1 will be returning to Arizona on November 27th 2009.
The documentary is now at the phase for submitted scene insert; edit; and final cut.
What is needed at this time are short 12 to 15 second comment submissions from people from around the country in HQ .avi or mp4 format. Those that have contributed to the documentary if they choose to have their comment included will need to send their submission to CAFR1 within the next ten-days for receipt to by December 12th 2009.
The comments that are needed will be strict and simple. I am looking for people with trade specific identities.
EXAMPLE: The truck driver; factory worker; airline pilot; charter boat captain; sheriff; real-estate broker; cook; school teacher; the farmer or rancher, etc.
The comment to be used should follow the following format:
1. The individual having background in the shot associated with their trade such as the teacher in the class room; the farmer on his tractor; the rancher with the herd in the background; the truck driver standing by his truck; the airline pilot sitting in the cockpit, etc.
2. The statement made as customized for the individual should be very close to the following as customized for a farmer. EXAMPLE: “My name is John \ Jane Smith a soybean farmer from Dayton, Ohio. This is our country; the wealthiest country in the world and it is about time we the people took back true control of our lives and wealth. Let’s make it happen!”
3. If done with friends; family; or others in the background, after your statement is made, look at your friends and say “Well, what do you think?” and they will say with force: “Let’s make it happen – Ohio (or) America!
4. Take at least five sequence shots of the exact same having your camera set to HQ mode and put all on the same CD in .avi or mp4 format and send to CAFR1. The best take will be selected for possible use by CAFR1. (If shot outside do so on a day with good light and if inside make sure there is good lighting)
5. Include with the CD a one page signed and dated written release to CAFR1 Productions with the following text: I, (name) from (address and telephone #) release all rights for use by CAFR1 Productions without conditions my digital audio and video sequences as submitted by me or as may be edited by CAFR1 Productions for use in the CAFR1 Production: The Only Game in Town – the way our government can be. (If more than one person is in the sequence, have a line for each to sign the same; date; and put their address)
CAFR1 Productions is talking directly with several financial planers and well know celebrities to get comment from them for inclusion by insert in the Documentary final cut also.
If you plan to make a submission, please call so that we can discuss the matter.
Additionally, as of Friday November 27th 2009 CAFR1 has established it’s website as a dedicated server over being on a shared server with a thousand other sites. This was done so that when the documentary is release the CAFR1 website will be able to air the documentary and if 500 or 50,000 click in to watch the documentary the CAFR1 website will be able to be scaled up accordingly in a matter of minutes to handle the traffic. Also CAFR1 has no limitations now on it’s email subscription list per size and speed of sending posts.
The initial release of the documentary for the first three to four months will be an exclusive on the CAFR1 website at a $3 click per view. Revenue generated will be utilized to reimburse the contributors that helped make the documentary possible. If traffic to view the documentary is very strong from the get-go worldwide, contributors may just get a very big surprise over just reimbursement of their contribution.
The money bomb for the documentary that is displayed towards the top of the CAFR1 front page is still shy of the required contribution funds for completion and release of the documentary project. If you or your friends can ChipIn to meet that objective by the deadline of December 7th 2009, please do so.
Truly yours,
