In light of the current "economic crisis" what do citizens do to reverse the CAFR scheme? Is there a procedure and steps to follow?

The CAFR1.com site was the disclosure site launched in 2001.
The remedy site is TaxRetirement.com which was launched a few months ago in Nov 2008.
When I am contacted by an individual or group of individuals that are solid with the resources to make it happen in their venue small or large, I will go there and make it happen.
Until then, things will stay the same as they are and all will be talk and entertainment for pacification of the children and distracted minds as the boys who are well entrenched on the inside track further solidify control to walk off with the wealth of the country and do so at the expense of the people.
When one (1) small venue is pushed into birth of the TRF to phase out all taxation, thousands of other venues will follow by example.
So far I have only been contacted by the well intentioned, but individuals who do not have the prowess capability to move forward while also not being able to get past the point of self distracted mental masturbation in practical application.
I have been patiently waiting for that call to come in from the right person of standing who says: "I want to make the TRF happen here in my township; school district; or county, I and a few of my friends have more then enough resources to push this forward into birth in our small venue, what do you need to make it happen and it will be done. Time is a wasting, let's get the job moving forward, and you get your butt out here to rally the troops and to set up our surgical strike to win this war!"
Will that call come in today, tomorrow, or never?
Time will tell. Until it does I guess we all must just be satisfied with the entertainment we are fed day by day with the intent of designed distraction that keeps business as usual for government moving just methodically along without concern or abatement. But then government accomplishes its goal so effectively: "Due to the money involved" You know, that stuff that use to be yours.. as over the years an ever increasing additional slice is taken from you of a percentage here and a percentage there.
What was it that Marie Antoinette from France in the past and the attorneys running the show as of today say about the current circumstances we find ourselves in? I think it was and is: "Let them eat cake!"
The TRF upon birth is the "guillotine" that puts the wealth amassed by government and the direct  benefit therefrom back into the hands of the people.
See what happens when you don't get it right from the get-go. It is by all means time to set things straight..
The right person of standing, are you out there? I await your call.
