Walter:

Do you think it makes sense? Is it worth promoting? Do you have any constructive criticisms?

Do you have any constructive criticisms that might be valuable?

Thanks,

Overview of the "New Agenda for America"
========================================
For anyone new to my website (www.newagecitizen.com), the following links are crucial for understanding the NAC's positions on various socio-economic issues. These positions are now "planks" of the "New Agenda for America." I am encouraging people to take the "New Agenda for America" viral during the year preceding the 2008 Presidential Election (November 2008). The fact of the matter is that none of the Democratic and Republican candidates have any intention of truly representing the American Working Class when it comes to issues such as Health Care, Enforcing the Immigration Laws, Re-Legalizing Marijuana for Adults etc.

NEW AGENDA FOR AMERICA: Nine (9) Preliminary Planks
==========================================

(1) Universal Health Care for All American Citizens

WJB: Government profits massively from administration of health care. It gives them open access to take whatever money they want when they want it. By stock ownership or other forms of investment they own the pharmaceutical companies, most of the hospitals, and almost every aspect of the medical industry down support companies. At will they pump money in from the budgetary accounts at inflated cost to generate substantial money from and for the investments they own without $1 of that almost trillion dollar a year return going back directly to the public. Now if you tagged all of those investments held in all federal and local government investment accounts where from date X all further returns 100% and no less went to an account which paid for universal health care, then bing-bing you have a workable plan in all respects.

(2) A 20-year moratorium on all immigration into the United States

WJB: Why? Immigrants are not the problem, abuse by government for profit is the problem. Don't kill the cow because the herder is bad!

(3) Legal Marijuana for all Adults and Medical Patients

WJB: I am against anything that fogs the brain. We all have a hard enough time keeping our thinking clear as it is.  We do not need expansion for use of another psychotropic drug even though as natural as it is. For medical purposes, if valid, I have no objection to THC meds "if" beneficial.

(4) An immediate reversal to the Off-shoring and In-shoring of American Jobs

WJB: Again the big rip-off to the American worker is that government has been profiting at the US Workers expense. Reverse the conflict of interest per governments investment profit incentives. The TRF has that effect and in a big way.

(5) A strict enforcement on issues of Separation of Church and State

WJB: Clarity here is what is important. Government now controls religious organizations in this country by dangling the tax exemption under condition of nothing is said per political issues. This amounts to a gag order on the religious groups on issues that are the center core of family and life choices for all members of that religious organization. Again TRF, then no exemption would be needed. Or in the alternative, strike the gag order.

(6) An immediate move from so-called Free Trade Agreements to Bilateral Trade agreements

WJB: Again, free trade is not the issue. Government profiting from the free trade agreements contrary to and at the peoples expense is the issue.

(7) A major R&D project to bring energy independence to the United States and the World through recycling, reuse, ending hyper-consumerism and investing in the development of sustainable energy sources (e.g., solar, photo-voltaic, wind, geothermal)

WJB: Yep, and make sure the people are on the leading edge of the government investment return. Here you have a big boom for the people, massive! Should make the returns on the TRF grand also.

(8) No further ownership of US Assets (businesses, homes, ports, stock exchanges) by foreign governments or individuals!

WJB: Our US Government, Federal and Local currently owns more of their countries by investment then they do of ours. What's wrong with winner take all? We are in the better net International investment position to win then they are. Who knows, the TRF will be structured to invest 60% within this country and 40% Internationally. Let's restrict foreign entities form investing in TRF funds and keep the high rates of return for the exclusive benefit of ourselves on top of the then NO TAXES IN THE US of A.

(9) Replace the Federal Reserve with a People's Reserve which allows public oversight

WJB: The Federal Reserve has done a pretty good job with orchestrating the takeover for our government as a whole so far. Some pretty sharp cookies there.. Let us make sure that the Federal Reserve board has strict and specific policy guidelines set in place to benefit us and the TRF as the first line course of business as usual. Now that would be good public oversight and a start of the best bang for the buck in the public's behalf.

I hope my answers and comments to your nine points above helped.

Pension funds pay a salary and benefits at retirement. Any local government can be restructured to meet their annual budget needs "Without" taxes. TRF (Tax Retirement Funds) paying for every City, County, State’s annual budgetary needs! This now makes the people the true owners with government being the true service provider. Government has already shown that a TRF works by example through the management of their own combined multi-trillion dollar pension funds! CAFR1 says: Make it law and make it so!
