I used GFOA.net links on this page. They canceled GFOA.net and use only GFOA.org and discontinued showing the links to CAFRs or now the new name of ACFRs to non-members. Only members of GFOA will have access to CAFR links.

They openly list the names of Canada winners of their award program but not the links to their report: https://www.gfoa.org/2019-canfr-winners

So, The only way to find CAFRs up to 2021 is via a Goggle search, and after 2021, the new name has to be used of ACFR

** There is one way to get the CAFR reports for download from the links shown on the page. From the "View Report" embedded link next to the CAFR you want to download, put your courser over it, right click your mouse, and select "copy Link". Then go to https://web.archive.org and in the "WayBack" line put your courser over that line space and right click your mouse and select "Paste" and the link you copied will now be in their search line, and then hit "Enter" on your keyboard and it will show an annual calendar when snapshots were done of that link (usually one or two snapshots taken for the year) . Look for the little blue circle around the date on the calendar shown. Put your courser over the little blue circle and it will show "one snapshot taken" and below that it will show some blue numbers. Click on the numbers and it will open the CAFR report. Then use the little download icon towards the top right of the web archives page and it will download to you the report shown for your use.

Archive.org is a cool site. It grabs snapshots from the entire Internet going back decades. So it is a good crosscheck to see downloadable reports and web pages from the past. If someone was saying one thing 15 years ago and something totally different today, got ya! If a group like GFOA takes down their CAFR reports so the public can't download them, well sorry, we got them anyway through the archive snapshot from the old link :)

Most CAFR files are Acrobat .pdf files; some are MSWord .doc files for downloading.

 I recommend looking at the Statistical Section first then the Combined Financial Section.

The Public started to learn about this shell game in 1999, changes were then made to CAFR accounting starting in 1999 through GASB (Government Accounting Standards Board) transmittal letters 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, and 41. (up to 90 now)

If you are looking for a City, County, University, Retirement, Enterprise CAFR other than what is listed, (There are thousands) do a http://Google.com search   with the entity you are looking for by having it in quotes and CAFR next to it. The City, County, School District, University, Enterprise, or Pension fund CAFR you are looking for may just pop up for downloading

[NOTE: You paid your elected officials and syndicated NEWS agencies hundreds of billions of dollars over the years for accounting but for some reason I guess they didn't want to talk about the Holy Grail of Government accounting the CAFR with the public for some reason?

Maybe they thought the numbers were to big for you, or you could not drag yourself away from their TV programming and entertainment to look, who knows? ]

I know! They were too busy laughing their asses off all the way to the bank over the last 75 years to mention it to you, plus telling you about government's Annual Financial Report was against the rules of their special Members Only Club! The scope is massive and the hidden financial implications this has for our country's founding principles as we learned them are of grave consequences.

 Open disclosure and mass comprehension learned by the public is required, and required expediently! Just a few CAFRs are listed below. Think SCOPE and SIZE if all were viewed and then there is FEDERAL. You were not supposed to think about SCOPE and SIZE. Much was done to keep you from doing so. Let SCOPE and SIZE  sink in and then bring it to the fore-front of your mind when you move forward towards corrective action.
