The first linked article below starts with the mention of the TRF and then financial reviews of Arizona State, and a few local governments within the State. At the bottom of the article you can click on the links to see a review of most States in the US of A.

http://cafr1.com/2001.html

The reviews were compiled by Gerald Klatt who died on his birthday, in July of 2004, thus his last reviews are for 2003.

You are now the responsible party to continue the reviews in his place. Before Gerald put up his reviews, I briefed him at the end of 1999 on the composite wealth now taken and held by our government and challenged him, being that he was a retired thirty year federal commander of auditing, to put out for public viewing his financial reviews of a few local governments in the US of A.

He looked at the wealth amassed by government and three months latter called me back and said;

"Walter, what we have here in this country is 100% communism under the guise of a free-market capitalist system. The government owns and controls everything."

He took the challenge and six months latter his reviews were put up on the Internet for all to see.

You have paid your local governments hundreds of billions of dollars over decades.

You have spent billions of dollars over the decades supporting political parties; Democratic; Republican; Constitutional; Libertarian; etc.

You have spent hundreds of billions of dollars supporting government-controlled education.

You have even backed at times some of the largest so-called Tax Protest and Property Rights groups or Associations.

You have spent billions of dollars as you read or watched your syndicated news media’s daily news and diatribe.

AND NOT ONE of the before mentioned over the decades has put out a review for you to see of your local governments Annual Financial Report, (the CAFR) Government’s Holy Grail of accounting. A report (85,000 produced each year nationally) that you the tax-payer and voter should have been going over with a fine tooth comb for the last 65 years!

But then not a word from any of the above to draw your attention to it. They exclusively directed you to budget reports that showed only 1/3rd of the "gross" income.

What could they have said to justify why not a word was said over the last 65 years?

1. Maybe they could say they were way to busy chasing and converting your money to have mentioned it to you.

2. Maybe they thought you were little children who just needed to be entertained with non-consequential trivial or orchestrated and sometimes deadly distractions as they looked after the important issues of how they spent and managed what use-to-be your money. But then a lot of them now think it is their money and not yours after their masterful conversion techniques have taken their course.

3. And then, there could be one more reason for not a word. Could it be that Government as we slept and were masterfully entertained with distraction garbage may just have turned into the largest organized crime and racketeering syndicate the earth has ever seen. A syndicate that has taken over all of the wealth and absolute control of all of the people, and has done so as a for profit enterprise. A combined enterprise that has now amassed internationally over one hundred trillion dollars of investment assets and is growing. A planed syndicate where they knew if they had mentioned to you their "Holy Grail" of accounting documents that showed thier expansion and growth, you would have tried and may have stopped them.

Who knows what the answer to that question might be? Who knows what the forefathers and founders of this country wanted the US of A to developed into?  At least we know that the "in absolute control combined enterprise", out of clear self-interest would like to severely cloud or invalidate the answers to those questions we may discern. Answers which we all knew clearly from our youth.

What do we, the Peoples of the United States of America want as our standard of life? It sure is not what is being rammed down our throats at this time by the morally and ethically corrupt standard, evolved for-profit enterprise known as Government.

Who faced the same circumstances in the past and did something about it? New Zealand

What would be a good start to get moving in the right direction of limited and downsized government? I think Dr. Ron Paul just might be a good start in that direction. Can he do it by himself?

No, he cannot. It requires US learning the basics of which, the most important basic being; the financial reviews of what our government has turned into and the fact that government now "owns it all by investment" giving government absolute control over all large corporations, the syndicated media, controlled education, and the current / future wealth retention of the people of this country.

Look, Learn, and then act. It is imperative to back individuals that are working towards limited government, returning the wealth and individual rights back to the people. We can no longer afford individuals who are maintaining the status quote (as most are) of the runaway but masterfully managed for-profit enterprise we now have "calling" itself government.

In a nut shell, I think it all boils down to what Al Capone use to say back in the 20's; "What the hell are we doing fighting government for, let's become government and then we can take whatever we want." And the rest is history!

Don't turn your back and look away, shoot a wolf in the chicken coop today!

Truly yours,
